S'mores Bars

These S'mores Bars are one of my all time favorite treat's.
They are so yummy and super easy. 
They also stay good for about a week... that is if they last that long!
For those of you with little one's this would also be a great recipe they 
can be hands on and help you with.


What you will Need:
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 king-sized Milk Chocolate Hershey's bars
1 1/2 cups Marshmallow Creme (not melted marshmallows)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. 
First Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
Then in a large Mixing bowl, cream together your butter and sugar until smooth and light in color. 
Beat in an egg and add your vanilla. 
In a separate small bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt. 
Next slowly add it to your butter mixture and mix at a low speed until well combined.
Once combined divide your dough in half.
 First Layer: 
Press half of your Dough evenly on the bottom of the prepared pan. 
Second Layer:
Add your Chocolate bars side by side over the first dough layer.
Third Layer:
 Spread your Marshmallow creme evenly over the top of your Chocolate Bars. 
Fourth Layer:
Place the remaining Dough in an even layer on top of the Marshmallow Creme
(most easily achieved by flattening the dough into small shingles and laying them together don't worry about it looking perfect once baked any lumps or bumps will turn out just fine).
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly browned. 
Cool completely before cutting into bars so they don't fall apart.
